Hopewell Precision was contacted by CBS's Truck Division. They had an Antenna that needed to be removed quickly from the Rook Rack area. Hopewell designed , fabricated & delivered a light weight sliding mount. The mount has a multiple location mounting base plate. The Antenna itself is mounted onto a sliding plate that can be removed within seconds be disengaged with 2 spring hinges....no tools required............The Mount Material is made of 6061-T6 Aluminum....No Steel in order to keep the weight on the vehicle as low as possible......

Hopewell Precision supplied the Systems Integrator for the NBA ( National Basketball Assoc.) all the Enclosures for the new facility in Secaucus NJ. Because of issues with floor level , Hopewell designed , fabricated & delivered a custom Adjustable Leveler Jack for the Sub-Base Structures. This designed allowed the SI to doing a height adjustment every 22'...........the only tool needed was a box wrench.....simple , easy & durable.............these levelers can also be designed for any Seismic needs as well.........Other larger facilities have also started using these as well.........CBS' NYC new MDC center , Phase 1 , 2 years ago and now Phase 2 in 2013.

Wednesday’s visit was to do a final fit up before painting the internal storage assy. All parts fit perfectly & CBS will receive their Upgraded components within the next couple of weeks………

Hopewell Precision Inc. welcomes aboard a new family member, Graham W. to our Quality Control department. Graham will fall under direct supervision of the QC Manager , John S., and will be introduced directly into the main stream of work at Hopewell. Area's will include 1st piece inspection of in house run parts as well as parts supplied buy certified outside vendors. All departments will also work with Graham on 1st piece set up's for production runs. Hopewell's documentation procedures will play a large roll in Graham's daily responsibilities as well.

Hopewell Precision has now entered it's 3 year as a qualified supplier for Boeing Aircraft parts as well as Parker Hannifan. Hopewell Precision deals directly with Curtiss-Wright Controls in Shelby NC. As with other customers , Hopewell's ability to move materials quickly without jeopardizing quality & service has been key to Curtiss Wright's relationship with Hopewell.

Hopewell Precision was contacted by CBS truck Division for a custom outdoor BSP enclosure that would fit into the rear side window opening on the CBS Weather Lab truck. CBS provided the Window to Hopewell and they designed the entire frame work to fit the existing opening. The connections inside the Box were fabricated per CBS's needs. As with all enclosures , Hopewell Precision adds what ever connection points the customer needs...........why have a standard layout that uses & wastes space on connections that are NOT needed.

Hopewell Precision's Purchasing Department has ramped up it's horse power with a new Department Head. Steve S. joined our family in November 2012 and has now taken over the entire department. Steve is responsible for setting up Shop Routing of all jobs , maintaining inventory , securing materials for the job as well as establishing contracts with existing vendors. Steve has already brought on board a host of new suppliers that fit into Hopewell's quest for better customer service.

Hopewell Precision Inc. has been supplying the market place with custom designed & fabricated Oil Filled High Voltage Tanks with Covers. The units are fully welded and receive a Dye Penetrate Leak Test...........IN HOUSE..........The outside surfaces have a Power Coat Finish and match & make any color requirements the customer has.
